4 Week - Powerlifting
Beginner Group Training



One Time Fee:
$150



Join us in a 4 week powerlifting beginner group training program led by a United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) certified coach at PDX Barbell Club!

We start with learning the fundamentals and technique for the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

Throughout the entire 4 weeks, we will actively work on improving each individuals technique while focusing on building strength. Our goal is to gain strength with minimal risks for injury.

The training environment is in a group setting led by a USPA Coach where we will be training with others who signed-up for group training as well.

We will be training in an open gym format where there will be others in the gym training on their own as well.

After completing the 4 weeks, each individual is welcome to continue training at PDX Barbell Club as a full time member!!!

Individualized Local Programming


Monthly Cost:
$100



- Customized programming is available, tailored towards individual lifter's specific goals, and emphasizes long-term athletic development.

- Programming encompasses general conditioning/hypertrophy, general strength development, off-season, and/or meet prep, as well as transitions in between all 4 blocks.

- Comprehensive weekly check-ins with the coaching staff are standard.

- Only for in-house programming.

Individualized Remote Programming


Monthly Cost:
$125



- Customized programming is available, tailored towards individual lifter's specific goals, and emphasizes long-term athletic development.

- Programming encompasses general conditioning/hypertrophy, general strength development, off-season, and/or meet prep, as well as transitions in between all 4 blocks.

- Comprehensive weekly check-ins with the coaching staff are standard.

- Access to scheduled weekly phone or video call with coaches for questions and form evaluation

- Only for remote programming.

New To Powerlifting?


One Time Fee:
$125



Schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of the coaches for an initial assessment and training session.

The initial assessment will involve learning the three compound movements in Powerlifting competition:
Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

The training session will involve working out with the team and other members in the gym.
