Individualized Remote Programming

Monthly Rate:


- Customized programming is available, tailored towards individual lifter's specific goals, and emphasizes long-term athletic development.

- Programming encompasses general conditioning/hypertrophy, general strength development, off-season, and/or meet prep, as well as transitions in between all 4 blocks.

- Comprehensive weekly check-ins with the coaching staff are standard.

- Access to scheduled weekly phone or video call with coaches for questions and form evaluation

- Only for remote programming.

Payment is automatically withdrawn on the sign-up date of every month.

Example: If signed up on the 5th of January, the next payment will be on the 5th of February, and on-going.
